Description

Noma, a fluffy white cloud, lives peacefully in the sky, but her daughter Mixtli—a dark and tempestuous young cloud—is on the verge of raining prematurely. Witnessing another storm cloud dissipate in sorrow, Noma becomes fearful for her daughter’s safety. ‘Cloud’ tells a story of nurturing and the delicate cycles of life, capturing the balance between maternal protectiveness and the natural flow of change. Through rich, painterly animation, this tender film takes viewers on a visual journey of loss, renewal, and the beauty inherent in each phase of life.
