Description

When Guddi, the youngest in a small-town Indian family, feels her achievements go unnoticed by her father, a quiet shift unfolds in the household. Conversations turn tense, and family dinners grow cold as Guddi’s silent defiance challenges her father’s role as head of the family. Rasmalai captures the subtle shifts in family dynamics, where love and respect hang in a delicate balance. As tensions rise, a peace offering as simple as a dish of “rasmalai” can hopefully mend the bond between father and daughter.
