Description
A young creature named Scrubby lives a warm and comfortable life nestled in his mother’s thick fur. But when she starts to lose her fur, Scrubby’s secure world is thrown into uncertainty. As he sets out to find her, he encounters a cold, naked creature in the snow. Scrubby must decide if his fur is enough to protect both of them. Through beautiful animation, Scrubby tells a touching story about love, sacrifice, and finding warmth in unexpected places.

Paul Vollet
Paul Vollet, born in 1996 in Düsseldorf, Germany, has been passionate about animation from a young age. He began his career working for a video agency in Hamburg before enrolling in the Animation program at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in 2017. Paul graduated in 2023, with ‘Scrubby’ as his final project. His filmography includes ‘Loop’ (2014), ‘The Old Woman and the Sea’ (2018), and ‘Ignophobia’ (2020), showcasing his talent for storytelling through animation.
