Description
How can you rebuild yourself when you lose your father and homeland at the age of eight? Nadia Nadim, whose dad was killed by the Taliban in 2000, has embarked on this quest. Anissa Bonnefont's documentary shares the incredible story of Nadia Nadim, the former Afghan refugee who became a star player for the legendary football club Paris Saint-Germain. Not content with just conquering the sporting world, future surgeon Nadia is also a tireless advocate for women's rights, education and refugee children.
